Güliz ÇAPAR, Founder & Managing Director

After graduating from Hacettepe University Computer Science and Engineering Department, Güliz ÇAPAR has started her professional career as a software engineer in Arkas Holding C. Bimar IT Services. She has developed and conducted numerous software projects with Java and .NET to manage shipping line operations of Arkas. She has also worked as a Database Architect. She has defined the Enterprise Database Design and Development Standards of Bimar, directed and coached the software development team for database design with Oracle DB. She has also worked as General Process and Product Quality Assurance Specialist of Bimar. She directed the team designing Process and Product Quality Assurance process for CMMI Level 3 Implementation Project.

In 2007, she has acquired PMP certification from Project Management Institute (PMI) and started to work for Bildem IT Services as a Project and Process Management Consultant. In Bildem, she has focused on IT Governance and consulted many clients for designing and improving Enterprise Project, Portfolio and Process Management. As a partner of IBM, she has also conducted consultancy and training services with IBM Rational Solution Family. She also worked as an experienced technical consultant for software engineering projects for assessing, designing and deploying Enterprise Software Development Processes and also as a trainer on Software Development technologies and standards.

In 2008, she has moved to work at Garanti Technology as a Program and Project Manager. She has managed Credit, Credit Collection, Product Development and Innovation Projects of Garanti Bank. She has also conducted and consulted Project Management Office of Garanti Technology on Defining and Executing Enterprise Project and Program Management Processes. She has conducted Project Management courses as a trainer in Garanti Technology Academy.

In 2009, she founded ImperiTech, IT Governance and LifeCycle Management Company.
